At Pro Effex, we are committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and in perfect condition. From the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your door, we ensure complete transparency and quality at every step.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via SMS and/or WhatsApp with your tracking details once your order is picked up by our logistics partner.

2. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallets): FREE Shipping

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Rs. 80 shipping charge applicable per order

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Please allow 48-72 hours for dispatch before counting delivery days.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available across all serviceable pin codes in India.

• A shipping fee of Rs. 80 is applicable on all COD orders.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.

• Repeated rejection or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of the COD option for future orders from the same address or account.

5. Packaging

Every order is packed in a high-strength, tamper-proof poly bag to ensure your products are protected during transit. Packaging is provided at no additional cost. Each package includes:

• AWB (Airway Bill) number for shipment tracking

• Customer details - Name, delivery address, and contact number

• Order type - Prepaid or COD

• Seller details - Name, address, and GSTIN

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your AWB tracking number via SMS and/or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website or app at any time.

7. Logistics Partners

We work with reputed courier partners including Shiprocket and Delhivery to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India. The logistics partner is assigned based on serviceability and delivery efficiency for your pin code.

8. Damage Protection

We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Our logistics partners are carefully selected for their handling standards. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos or a video of the damaged item at info@proeffex.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.

9. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please reach out to us at info@proeffex.com with your order ID. We will coordinate with our logistics partner and update you within 2 business days.

In confirmed cases of lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

10. Shipping Scope

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
